Salon Policies

No-Show & Cancellation

We love our hairstylists and we know you do, too! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it consumes time and impacts our hairstylists and other salon guests. We understand that sometimes things happen; however, we try to respect our hairstylists' time as much as we try to respect yours.

 

If you are using a Groupon for any service and do not reschedule or cancel an appointment 24 hours or more before your appointment, you may be forfeiting your Groupon.  This decision lies solely with the service provider. We​ thank you for your consideration!

Running Late

We understand life can be crazy and unexpected things happen; however, if you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled, or we may not be able to complete the full service you were expecting. Prompt notice is appreciated!

New Salon Guests

If you are new to Salon Di'Lor and are booking an appointment for any service over $100,  we will require a  "new guest deposit" of 50 percent of the estimated service amount, which will be returned if a 24-hour notice is given of cancellation.  A no-show will forfeit their 50 percent deposit.

Product Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can exchange it within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Haircut/Color Adjustments

If there is something that you do not love about your cut, color, or any service we offer, we want to make it perfect for you.  Please contact the salon within two weeks of your original service and we will gladly do whatever is necessary to make it perfect for you!

Children

We all at Salon Di'Lor love children but ask that they are fully supervised while waiting or receiving a service. There are many hot and dangerous tools and products that we use all the time and do not want to see any harm or stress fall upon our little ones.  Your attention to this keeps our attention solely on you!

Animals & Pets in the Salon

The only animals permitted inside of Salon Di'Lor's premises are approved service dogs.  Rhode Island's State Board of Cosmetology does not permit any other animal within the salon. We can’t allow them inside, and we don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home. We also must consider our other guests and stylists who may have health risks associated with animals.
